| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. All prices in £ sterling and quoted exclusive of VAT. Orders sent outside the EEC will have VAT deducted from the total. There is a minimum order value of £25-00 + VAT which must be added at a rate of 17.5% in the EEC. Every effort is made to maintain prices but it may be necessary to vary them without notice. Online Order payments are processed through PROTX Secure online Credit and Debit Card Solution. Postal or Faxed Orders. Payment must accompany order. We accept VISA/DELTA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH/MAESTRO, SOLO and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We need your number, expiry date and valid from date of card, the security code and issue number (SWITCH only). Cheques should be made payable to GJH TRADING LTD.. We reserve the right to hold orders until the cheque clears. We accept Postal Orders. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS We try to stock every item in our catalogue all the time. Unfortunately this is not always possible. We will send close substitutes if you indicate ordering that this is acceptable to you. We can place items on Back Order and send them on to you ( postage free). |
| Shipping And Handling We try to offer a speedy service and orders will generally be dispatched within 24hrs of receipt. Please allow a little extra time before Christmas! Parcels under 2kg are usually sent by 1st class recorded delivery and parcels over 2kg will go by carrier. They will need to be signed for so please try to give a delivery address where someone is present ( eg:- Work address) PRIORITY DELIVERY SERVICE For those whose orders are urgent we offer this service at no extra cost. We must receive the order before 10.30am Monday- Friday and will then ensure that it goes out that night for delivery the following day. Friday orders will be delivered on Monday. This service is only available on the UK mainland and in some more remote areas may be a 2 day service. A signature is always required on receipt. We Do NOT charge Postage . Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS We welcome orders from overseas. If you are outside the EEC you will not be charged VAT. Businesses within the EEC who can provide a VAT registration number will not be charged VAT Postage charges will be based on the weight of the parcel and will vary. We can inform you of the cost by email or fax after receiving your order. All payment must be in £ sterling. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm We will credit or refund UNUSED items if returned to us within 30 days. Should you require a refund by cheque please send a written request and SAE. Please ensure that anything returned is well packaged in a box or padded envelope. We cannot credit returns which either fail to arrive or are damaged because of poor packaging. We will replace faulty goods if returned to us within 30 days.
